        TL;DR: Voltrus is self-hosted software. We do not collect, process, or store your client's industrial data. Your data stays on your hardware.
      

What Voltrus Is

Voltrus is a proprietary, self-hosted SCADA and industrial monitoring application. It is installed and run on your own servers, virtual machines, or industrial PCs. It is not a cloud service. It is not SaaS.

Data Collection

We do not collect, access, or process any data from your Voltrus deployments. This includes but is not limited to:

Modbus register values and sensor readings
Historical time-series data stored in the local SQLite database
User credentials or authentication data
Dashboard configurations, screen layouts, or alarm settings
System logs or diagnostic information

All data generated by Voltrus resides exclusively on the machine where you install it.

No Phone-Home

Voltrus does not connect to external servers operated by JoyoDigitama. There are no telemetry, analytics, license verification pings, or automatic update checks. The software runs entirely offline.

License Purchase

License purchases are processed through Polar.sh, our payment processor. We receive only the information necessary to fulfill your license: email address and purchase details. We do not receive or store payment card information.

Cookies and Analytics

This website (voltrus.id) uses privacy-focused analytics (One Dollar Stats) that does not use cookies or track individual users. The analytics script is loaded with defer and collects only aggregate page view data.

Your Responsibilities

As the system integrator deploying Voltrus for your clients, you are responsible for:

Securing the server where Voltrus runs
Managing user access and credentials
Complying with any industry-specific data regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) applicable to your client's jurisdiction
Backing up the SQLite database file
